What happens after I place my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 days.
What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?
If you notice that the address you provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please include "URGENT" in the subject line so we can correct the error before the order ships. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation.
How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it can take 2 to 4 days for the tracking information to update, so please be patient.

Where is my package shipped from?

What happens if orders are lost or stolen?
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient. That said, if you experience any issues, please reach out to us — we’re always happy to help.
If a package is missing or hasn’t arrived due to a logistical issue, we’ll first contact the courier or logistics partner that handled your delivery to investigate what happened. Where appropriate, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
