Returns
Our returns policy gives customers 14 days to request a return, starting from the day you received your order.
If your product is unused, meets the conditions below, still in its original packaging and you are within the 14-day return period, we will be happy to offer you a refund.

Postage costs
Shipping is completely free.
For returns, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If you prefer, we can create a return label for you. In that case, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, it may take some time for us to receive your  item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of postage.

If your parcel is unfortunately lost in transit, we are often still able to assist and provide a refund if valid proof of postage is available, so please make sure to keep your postage receipt until the process has been completed.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Lost or stolen orders
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the recipient. That said, if you experience any issues, please reach out to us — we’re always happy to help.

If a package is missing or hasn’t arrived due to a logistical issue, we’ll first contact the courier or logistics partner that handled your delivery to investigate what happened. Where appropriate, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Our goal is to make sure you receive your order, and we’ll work with you and our delivery partners to resolve any delivery issues as smoothly as possible.

Swap
The quickest way to exchange is to return the incorrect item and then place a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know as soon as possible whether your refund has been approved. If so, the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Products that cannot be returned
For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned . These items come into direct contact with the skin and intimate areas, so we cannot guarantee that they will be completely clean and unused upon return. This is to ensure that all customers receive new and hygienic products.

Sale products
Sale items cannot be returned. This policy applies because these products are offered at significantly reduced prices. Therefore, please carefully check the size, fit, and details of the item before ordering.
