Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email from us. This email will contain your order details. If you haven't received anything after 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually still change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer change it.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery within Europe is usually 3 – 5 business days.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take up to 8 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link to follow your package.
